GROZNJAN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
We only learned about Groznjan from a friend of ours not long ago. We just couldn’t believe that we’d lived only an hour and a half drive from this charming village without really knowing it. And we could not be happier when we also got a chance to experience it as a Groznjan wedding photographer.
If you’ve been dreaming about eloping somewhere in Istria, you too might find this spot perfect. Especially if you prefer a more secluded location less visited by tourists. Just a short drive from the old town centre, up an unpaved road, you can find Villa Monte Istra. A completely renovated old stone house, offering privacy and a stunning view. For generations it has been home to the ancestors of today’s owners who have given its heart and soul into renovating the villa and, at the same time, keeping the spirit of Istrian style and tradition. Hence it offers a perfect romantic location for an intimate small wedding.

We met this lovely couple during a Workshop in Groznjan, organized by Katja and Simon. The latter are not just two talented photographers but also two amazingly warm and beautiful souls. We believe that no matter how good you get, the art of photography requires constant learning. And we’ve really had such a privilege to hang out and learn & grow with people who honestly want the best for you.
There was this beautiful and genuine connection between the couple. We wanted to help them stay relaxed and spontaneous and just give them a chance to spend some quality time together while taking photos. Since we did not want to walk too far away from the Villa, we just strolled around a little bit and stoped at a few lovely spots along the way.
